About Brooke
Brooke Welsh MSN, WHNP-BC is the owner and practitioner at Avail Wellness serving the greater American Fork, Lehi and surrounding areas. She has been in the medical field for over 21 years with over 15 years as a nurse practitioner. Brooke began her career in healthcare as a registered nurse working in labor and delivery, then decided to further her education by advancing to a master’s degree. She graduated from the University of Utah with her nurse practitioner degree. After graduation Brooke had the opportunity to work in reproductive endocrinology, learning under multiple highly respected and successful reproductive endocrinologists. Brooke has also had the opportunity to work in family medicine, Ob/Gyn, and medical spa throughout her career. These career opportunities have given her extensive knowledge and training in working with hormones, weight loss, infertility, general health conditions, mental health, and obstetrics/ gynecology.
Brooke is passionate about helping her patients feel their best and caring for others. She loves that this field of medicine allows her to spend more time with her patients in order to achieve their wellness goals. Outside of the clinic she loves spending time with her family, being outdoors, and can usually be found on a ball field.
Skills and Specialties
Brooke specializes in wellness and health treatments, including bio-identical hormone replacement therapy, medical weight loss, peptide therapy, menopausal management, PCOS management, and thyroid management. Previously in her career she had the opportunity to head up a successful medical weight loss clinic in a private practice office. Gynecology and Family medicine allowed her to treat many different types of hormonal imbalances via traditional medicine. Medical spa allowed her to treat hormonal imbalances via bioidentical hormones. Furthering her training and education to include peptide therapy has allowed her to treat patients looking for a more integrative approach to health. She is passionate about helping patients find a way to feel like you again through a more individualized approach.

Office Assistant
About Nadia
Nadia is our office assistant. She helps keep the office running while Brooke is seeing patients. She has a passion for caring and helping others. Nadia has worked at a Senior Living facility for the last 4 years. She has also taught at a preschool. She loves connecting with people of all ages. Nadia has a passion for tennis and watching anything to do with sports. She is currently studying her generals in college, working towards attending nursing school. She works alongside Brooke to give personalized care to each individual that comes through the door. She loves answering any questions that come and is more than willing to help and support patients any way she can!
